Annual General Meeting of ANQ for the year 2011 was held on November 13, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.at 419 Saint-Roch, Montreal. The meeting was a grand success with participation of unprecedented very large number of members covering almost everyone! Apart from regular business of presenting progress report for the last year and financial report, a team of dynamic personalities was unanimously elected in executive committee for two years as follows:

The election of executive committee members was done in democratic way by the Elections Committee headed by Dr. Hemant Paudel and consisting Mr. Prakash Mungrati, Erstwhile-President of ANQ and Mr. Hemanta Kumar Dahal Erstwhile-Secretary. Newly elected president Mr. Muga Rajbhandari presented few of the future programs and a roadmap for how this will be achieved. He also indicated that a detail programs shall be brought to its members in a few weeks. All other candidates also briefly expressed their views/ideas and commitments to take ANQ to new height. The program was concluded by Dr. Hemant Paudel thanking the old team for their endeavor and achievement so far and wishing all the best for new executive committee.
